Job Summary
Associate Applied Performance Specialist responsible for onboarding and deploying customers to the iP platform, configuring systems, handling integration connections, delivering platform demos, and providing proactive customer support across global accounts from Ireland. Collaborates with Performance Strategists on key deployments, manages technical setup, builds dashboards and reports, logs feature requests/bugs, and supports product testing to drive adoption and successful outcomes for sports organizations using the iP platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Curiosity about technology and aptitude for SaaS platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Customer-first mindset and attention to detail
- Comfort working across time zones with a global customer base
- Experience with technical configuration and platform deployment
