Associate Applied Performance Specialist

Job Summary
As an Associate Applied Performance Specialist, you are a primary contact for customers and help onboard and deploy new customers to the Intelligence Platform (iP). You enable performance, sports science and medical staff to become proficient users, drive adoption to turn new users into power users, troubleshoot technical issues, configure systems, perform data-related tasks (report generation, dashboards, migrations), and log improvements via feature requests and bug reporting. You will support customers globally, conduct platform demos with Sales and Performance Strategists, and provide responsive customer support through Intercom, handling end-to-end account work. A background in sport or high performance and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience are required, with comfort across time zones and a customer-first mindset.
