Job Summary
Respond to internal business user requests for assistance pertaining to line of business systems and advocate for end users through regular, proactive communication. Troubleshoot and resolve issues using company systems and utilities while implementing and testing platform configuration changes to fulfill business needs. Safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of internal systems and data by adhering to company security protocols. Demonstrate strong critical thinking, collaboration skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience supporting applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage others with professionalism, discretion, and tact
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality

- Experience composing technical documentation to capture request resolution activity
- Ability to identify software irregularities and performance issues and escalate appropriately
