Job Summary
Provide responsive support to customers and internal stakeholders by investigating application issues, service requests, and enquiries. Assist with troubleshooting and testing activities across Clinical Diagnostics solutions while maintaining accurate documentation in service management systems. Build positive relationships through timely communication and collaborate to resolve issues and deliver positive customer outcomes. Contribute to support documentation, knowledge articles, and process improvements while participating in incident management and service recovery activities. Continuously develop technical knowledge of healthcare and laboratory applications, leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows. Requires tertiary qualification in IT, Business, Health Informatics, or related discipline; laboratory experience preferred. Flexible work options and learning opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Laboratory experience within clinical diagnostics, pathology, healthcare or life sciences
- A sound understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic testing processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Exposure to software applications or information technology environments
- A tertiary qualification (completed or in progress) in Information Technology, Business, Health Informatics, Applied Science or a related discipline
