Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and scale internal applications, automation systems, and data-driven platforms; build APIs, integrations, and backend services to support business operations; design and optimize data models and workflows across MySQL, PostgreSQL, Salesforce, and internal systems; implement AI-enabled workflows and automation pipelines using AI-assisted development tools; contribute to reliability, performance improvements, and maintainability; collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and deliver scalable engineering solutions in an AI-first environment; seek opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency while learning and applying scalable development practices in healthcare-technology contexts.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of software development, automation, data, IT, or similar technical roles
- Experience building projects, scripts, applications, or automation solutions
- Proficiency in Python, PHP, or similar languages
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with JavaScript and modern web app concepts
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation pipelines
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude CLI, Cursor, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) and prompt engineering concepts
- Healthcare technology, operational systems, or data-intensive environments is a plus
