Job Summary
Develop tailored technical solutions for customer review and acceptance based on RFPs, ensuring proper scope and specifications are met. Apply quote configurator tools to provide comprehensive quote support, including custom product features, pricing, and ancillary equipment selection. Assist in reviewing custom equipment orders and provide technical instruction throughout the order workflow while supporting applications sales and post-sale technical inquiries. May participate in new product development projects and offer product support to Offering Managers. This entry-level role requires oversight from a group leader and reports full-time in the Delaware, Ohio engineering site.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 0-1 years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient and fluent in English including technical terminology
- Understanding of commercial infrastructure design objectives, performance factors, and physical requirements
- 5-10% time travel
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
