Job Summary
Undertake merger analysis in Australia, APAC, and globally, preparing clearance submissions and applications across the region. Advise clients on competition law implications for supply chains, collaborations, and alliances, covering cartel conduct, misuse of market power, and consumer protection matters. Respond to ACCC investigations and advise on access regimes, monopoly infrastructure regulation, and foreign investment clearance. Contribute to the growth and development of the practice within a Global Elite firm recognized by Global Competition Review. Join a team providing coordinated global competition counsel across five continents, leveraging deep regulatory knowledge to help clients manage risks and achieve strategic objectives in complex multijurisdictional matters.
Required Qualifications
- PQE 4-6 years of competition law experience in private practice or with a regulator
- Strong academic record
