Job Summary
Understand and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while performing assurance programs with ongoing checks on sales processes. Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordinate the generation and analysis of operational performance reports for management review. Evaluate and revise operations and procedures in response to organizational change, streamlining processes to improve efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation of operational procedures and policies while upholding strict confidentiality standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration or operations management, 2-3 years of experience in operations roles, and the ability to work collaboratively across global offices in several time zones. This role supports the Business Development Insights & Enablement Team within Mastercard Data & Services, focusing on building sales capabilities to drive revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2-3 year of prior experience in operations roles, with a focus on process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly, respond to urgent, unanticipated requests, and manage ambiguity
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong networker across relevant stakeholder base with the ability to listen, build common ground and influence others
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization
- Flexible to work with global offices across several time zones
- Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
