Job Summary
Lead analytics strategy for clinical studies by shaping country-, site-, and enrollment strategies; prepare and present strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients, including bid defense participation. Translate data and analysis into clear, practical insights to support decision-making; collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust proposals; conduct research across therapeutic areas using scientific literature and market intelligence; mentor junior team members and lead internal planning discussions with confident, structured presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in clinical research (around 3+ years) in CRO, pharma or biotech
- Strong understanding of the clinical trial landscape and drug development process
- Excellent communication skills; ability to simplify complex data into clear messages
- Analytical mindset with interest in strategy, consulting or client engagement
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and manage multiple deadlines
- Degree in life sciences, healthcare or a related field
