Job Summary
Associate Analytics Strategy Lead focused on turning data into clear strategic recommendations for clinical studies. Responsibilities include shaping country, site and enrollment strategies for clinical studies, preparing and presenting strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients (including bid defense participation), translating data into practical insights to support decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build robust proposals, leading internal planning discussions and presenting analytical findings in a confident, structured way, and mentoring junior team members. Requires experience in clinical research, ability to influence stakeholders, strong communication, and an analytical yet strategic mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in clinical research (around 3+ years) ideally within CRO, pharma or biotech
- Strong understanding of the clinical trial landscape and drug development process
- Confident presenting to stakeholders with ability to influence and challenge constructively
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex data into clear messages
- Analytical mindset with interest in strategy, consulting or client engagement
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and manage multiple deadlines
- Degree in life sciences, healthcare or a related field
