Job Summary
Execute Freight Pay activities for Import and Domestic Transportation, manage Exception Management, and perform System Maintenance to support Business as Usual operations. Acquire business context on Transportation Function areas, contribute to low to mid complex projects, and assist in data gathering, cleaning, and validation. Communicate daily deliverables to leadership and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness. Identify operational efficiency opportunities and work with Analysts to address them. Requires 1-2 years of Supply Chain experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Located in Bengaluru, this role supports the Transportation team's operational excellence and efficiency initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research or Related Field
- 1-2 years of experience in Supply chain Management
- 0-1 years' experience in Transportation, Logistics management
- Ability to learn, understand and implement Supply Chain concepts quickly and accurately
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Working knowledge of transportation operations
- Adequate problem-solving and time management skills
- Basic knowledge and exposure to Excel & SQL
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to identify and drive operational efficiencies without support
- Experience in Data mining and visualization tool such as Power BI
- Ability to contribute towards Focus Group action plans
