Job Summary

Draft and edit high-quality Request for Proposal, Request for Information, and Due Diligence Questionnaire responses across asset classes, customizing standard content to align with client requirements and regional nuances. Collaborate with senior team members, product teams, and subject matter experts across US, EMEA, and APAC regions to coordinate content, gather inputs, and ensure accuracy in data points like AUM and performance figures. Manage end-to-end RFP processes, including timeline tracking, document management, and follow-the-sun workflow coordination to meet tight global deadlines. Maintain and update the RFP content database, identifying gaps and escalating enhancements to senior staff. Review responses for consistency, grammar, and adherence to brand standards while identifying workflow improvements and AI integration opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in asset management, financial services, or a related field (internship experience acceptable)
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Proven writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or related field)
  • Clear and concise written communication

Desired Qualifications

  • experience with RFP tools is a plus
