Job Summary
Associate/Analyst, Relationship Officer (Mortgage Retention) at DBS Asia Hub in Singapore. Responsible for strengthening long-term relationships with mortgage customers through proactive repricing support and effective communication of repricing packages. Review customers’ loan packages, recommend suitable options, respond to requests across service channels, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage, car, and renovation loan products. Collaborate with stakeholders to support campaigns and service initiatives, and take on additional duties to support team priorities. Requires a diploma or degree, knowledge of secured loan products, regulatory income-assessment considerations, MS Office proficiency, strong communication, customer engagement, stakeholder management, prioritisation, teamwork, accountability, and problem-solving skills; role based at DBS Asia Hub, Changi Business Park.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Sound knowledge of secured loan products (mortgage, car and renovation loans)
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to income assessment and insurance considerations relating to mortgage loans
- Proficient in MS Office
