Associate Analyst, Property Tax

Job Summary
Provide general support in the property tax department by performing data analysis, reconciliation, and preparing returns for existing clients. Responsibilities include monitoring tax notices, preparing tax payments, and ensuring timely processing of returns and remittances. The position requires 1-2 years of corporate experience, preferably in tax or finance, and an associate degree in accounting or a related field. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; equivalent work experience may be substituted
- 1-2 years in a corporate environment (tax, accounting, or finance preferred)
- Ability to work overtime as required; overtime is expected to be an average of 10-20 hours per week during the months of January-May

- Ability to learn tax compliance software quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
