Job Summary
As an Associate Analyst at KLAS Research, you will contribute to transforming research into reports, presentations, and insights that healthcare leaders use to make better decisions. You will translate findings into clear narratives, visuals, and structured storylines, apply established templates and editorial standards, and manage multiple projects and deadlines. You’ll support a variety of healthcare markets and research areas, participate in provider and market research activities, and develop expertise in analysis, communication, and visual storytelling through coaching and mentorship. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and may involve collaborating with Senior and Principal Analysts; the position features a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week in Pleasant Grove, UT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience preferred but not required
- Experience with PowerPoint or similar presentation tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Curiosity, coachability, and a desire to learn
- Interest in healthcare and improving how information is communicated
- Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools while maintaining accuracy
