Job Summary
IT Support Analyst provides technical assistance for hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies to employees. Responsibilities include logging and managing support requests via JIRA or BMC, diagnosing and resolving issues, assisting with network account setup (AD, MFA, Exchange) in an ISO-compliant environment, imaging computers to company standard builds, supporting AV equipment and warehouse peripherals, troubleshooting warehouse devices (RF scanners, Zebra printers), collaborating with distribution center operations, communicating issues and facilitating escalation during incidents, and contributing to documentation and service-improvement projects. The role requires strong communication, ownership, and accountability, with hands-on support across end-users and backend IT services. Travel up to 5-10% and flexible hours between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, including weekends and on-call rotations. A minimum of five years of relevant desktop-support experience and proficiency with Windows/MAC, Microsoft Office 2013/2016, and M365 are essential; certifications such as MCSE/ITIL and Cisco VoIP are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience supporting client desktop environments, especially Microsoft desktop operating systems and application suites
- Experience with Windows 10, 11 and MAC environments
- Installation and maintenance of LAN/Desktop hardware and software including Microsoft Office 2013/2016 and M365
- Knowledge of imaging system software fundamentals
- Certifications or experience with Microsoft MCSE/ITIL and Cisco VoIP desirable
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
