Associate Analyst, Insights, Data & Intelligence

Entry-level Associate Analyst role in Burson's Business Insights, Data & Intelligence (BIDI) team supporting high-profile global brands. Responsibilities include supporting social listening, media monitoring, and reporting initiatives; tracking cultural moments, competitor activity, and consumer sentiment across social and digital platforms; utilizing tools like Brandwatch, Sprinklr, and NewsWhip to uncover actionable insights; translating complex data into clear narratives and presentations for internal teams and clients; developing recurring reports and dashboards to measure brand health and campaign impact; monitoring real-time online conversations related to brand, industry, and corporate topics; collaborating with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, media, and communications; gaining exposure to both agency operations and client-facing work while developing analytical and storytelling skills. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, internship or hands-on experience in PR/marketing/analytics, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with social listening platforms (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater). Additional language fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a bonus. The role supports relocation to Atlanta (relocation assistance available) and offers a hybrid work arrangement with possible base locations in Atlanta, GA; New York metro area; or Los Angeles, CA.
