Job Summary
Associate Analyst CTS provides IT support to JetBlue crewmembers in a team environment, delivering efficient first and second level technical support. Responsibilities include assisting with hardware and applications, providing onsite and remote customer service, coordinating incident resolution from start to finish, monitoring systems, maintaining user access, facilitating software rollouts and maintenance, updating knowledge base documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of requests in line with JetBlue standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of experience providing first level IT Support in a large organization
- Experience supporting latest operating systems, or successful completion of IT for Everyone certification via Coursera
- Experience implementing and supporting applications
- Available for overnight travel Up to 50%
- In possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United States
- Experience using desktop deployment packages
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
