Associate Analyst, Business License

Job Summary
Provide business license compliance support to clients and leadership: manage renewals and new registrations, ensure timely filings, enter license data accurately, process client data requests, investigate and resolve license issues within 30 days, and research jurisdictional licensing requirements for new locations. Support client billing, bank reconciliations, and funding requests; assist with special projects and high-volume filing periods; collaborate with supervisors and teammates and communicate clearly with clients. Requires strong organization, proficiency with Excel/Word, ability to learn LicenseHQ/MS Dynamics/PTCA, and willingness to work overtime during peak season.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high volume work
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to learn tax compliance software quickly (LicenseHQ, MS Dynamics, PTCA)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively on a team
- Overtime availability during December–April (average 5-10 hours/week)
