Job Summary
Build AI agents to automate workflows and defend fund return models including MOIC, IRR, and DPI. Transform deal flow into market intelligence on emerging strategies and specialist alpha. Shape the LP portal for portfolio and performance data, then own end-to-end LP relationships from onboarding through due diligence. Work directly with founders to make a small team operate at scale. This role requires strong quantitative skills, fluency in AI tools, and a process-driven approach to data accuracy. Based in Vienna or London with travel for events, the position offers a fast track to a lead role and direct exposure to the founders.

- Genuine fluency with AI tools

- Track record of using AI tools to automate real work
- Process-driven mindset
- Low tolerance for stale or inaccurate data
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Full-time employment status
- In-office presence in Vienna or London
- Willingness to travel for summits and LP/GP events
