Associate (AI) Solution Consultant (Benelux) - Orbit Program

Job Summary
Conduct AI discovery and solutioning for strategic customers by understanding their objectives, building Celonis solutions using the Process Intelligence platform, and prototyping with partners like Microsoft and OpenAI. Deliver impactful presentations to executives, manage customer accounts, and ensure successful implementation and value realization through end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects. Support customers in achieving ROI by enabling autonomous AI agents and specializing in domains such as supply chain. Contribute to the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence by creating reusable best practices and tools while maintaining close involvement until agreed adoption thresholds are reached.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field
- Excellent academic performance
- Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience
- Ideally at the intersection of business and technology
- Understanding of generative AI techniques like RAG, few shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning
- Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (such as LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch)
- Knowledge of data engineering tools and technologies
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to apply technology to business challenges
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value
- Confidence in presenting to diverse audiences
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to learn from mistakes
- Curiosity, self-motivation, a commitment to continuous learning, and the desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute on deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Foundational business acumen and domain understanding, e.g. in areas such as Supply Chain
- Customer base will be in the Benelux region, involving travel to meet clients in person
- Location: Madrid/Spain for an onboarding period of 2 years and a possible relocation to Amsterdam after
Desired Qualifications
- Degrees combining technical (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science) and business (e.g., Economics, Marketing) skills
- Customer-facing, customer success/service, or sales experience
- Hands-on experience with technical Proof of Concept projects
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems using LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, and prompt engineering
- Working knowledge of tools in the LLM ecosystem such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other OSS packages
- Supply Chain process experience (Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Production)
- Experience modeling ROI and TCO for business case justification
- Experience with ERPs such as SAP and/or Oracle
