Associate AI Enablement Analyst

Entry-level Associate AI Enablement Analyst to support adoption of approved AI tools across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, and enterprise analytics teams. The role helps business users apply AI to practical day-to-day work, including reporting automation, workflow improvement, prompt development, documentation, training support, and responsible AI usage. Responsibilities include AI Adoption & Enablement (learning and using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power BI), supporting office hours and enablement workshops, translating business needs into AI-driven use cases and prompts, building prompt templates, knowledge management, use-case intake and workflow documentation, governance and responsible-AI practices documentation, adoption metrics and reporting, and business support through routine AI-enhanced tasks. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and strong communication, organizational, and MS 365 proficiency; two years of AI-related experience are preferred.
