Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery and realized outcomes for named customers, representing Artera credibly in customer conversations and raising the bar on shipped solutions. Identify customer pain points to create roadmaps, align stakeholders, and manage fast onboarding onto our agentic systems. Build novel technical solutions by translating operational realities into code using AI-native CLI tools, instrumenting and monitoring reliability based on production feedback. Participate in on-call rotations where applicable, mentor newer builders, and contribute to squad-level prioritization with the Head of Segment. Develop subject-matter expertise in healthcare segments like primary care and community health while integrating with EHRs and CCaaS platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Currently authorized and able to provide proof of full-time, long-term authorization to work in the United States
- Eligibility for a government background check
- Compliance with organizational security policies and federal data protection standards
- Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
- 0 - 2 years of professional software engineering, data science, machine learning, product management, product design, or technical project management experience, or equivalent demonstrated output
- AI-native fluency with measurable leverage
- Ability to produce output on par with multiple traditional engineers using AI-native tools (e.g., Claude Code in the terminal) as the primary working environment
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Ability to work directly and productively with customers
- Curiosity of a product manager and discipline of a project manager
- Written and verbal communication sufficient to present complicated concepts to teammates, managers, and customers with the appropriate level of detail
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or patient-facing products
- Hands-on experience building production agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or MCP-based tool integrations
- Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, or FedRAMP compliance considerations in builds
- Experience with EHR integrations (Epic, athena, eClinicalWorks, NextGen) or call center / CCaaS
