Job Summary
Gather and maintain client data, conduct financial and cash flow modeling, and prepare detailed client deliverables including tax projections and performance reports. Communicate directly with clients regarding data requests, respond to inquiries, and participate in client meetings to present planning discussions and document action items. Collaborate with Advisors on new client onboarding, ensuring seamless transfer of securities and initial investment implementation. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree, CPA or CFP candidate status, and 2+ years of financial planning experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 2+ years of experience working with clients in a comprehensive financial planning environment
- Foundational understanding of financial planning concepts, including cash flow planning, retirement planning, tax planning, investments, and estate planning
- Ability to prepare and interpret financial planning analysis with increasing independence and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with financial planning and CRM software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to managed multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
- Self-starter who takes initiative and demonstrates strong problem solving skills
- Team player, collaborative, and able to work effectively with others
- Desire and ability to work successfully in a collaborative, fast paced small company environment
Desired Qualifications
- Accounting or Finance majors
- CPA or CFP® candidate or interest in pursuing CFP® designation
- RIA experience
