Job Summary
Associate Advanced, Client Contact with German to support the Client Services team in Poznan. Responsibilities include handling telephone and written inquiries from customers and consultants, verifying orders and post-processing when needed, escalating difficult issues and managing complaints, participating in projects to improve processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in finance and customer service, fluent German (C1) and good English, high accuracy and service orientation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid/remote setup. Proficiency with Excel and knowledge of capital markets are a plus.
