Job Summary
Lead design and implementation of actuarial data engineering solutions; develop data/analytics solutions to enhance reporting, centralize data sources, and demonstrate new capabilities via proof-of-concept builds. Leverage modern data science techniques to improve model accuracy and efficiency; automate processes, transition manual deliverables to automated reports, and bolster governance. Maintain robust production documentation and follow change-management procedures. Strong collaboration across teams; proficiency with Dataiku, Tableau, AWS, Spark; coding in SQL, Hive, Python/R, SAS, VBA; and a quantitative background in Actuarial Science or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or Data Analytics or other quantitative major
- 0-1+ Years’ experience that aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.
