Job Summary
Associate, Accumulator Services responsible for partnering with Sales/Marketing, Pharmacy, Claims Operations, and other units to resolve accumulator issues aligned with organizational strategy; investigate and resolve accumulator errors using Facets and Macess; review and analyze accumulator data, document resolutions and opportunities for process improvement; respond to member service inquiries and coordinate resolutions; document information and participate in meetings; run reports to identify impacted claims and opportunities for efficiency; provide status updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders and vendors; contribute to ongoing documentation and training; role is remote within NYS within MVP Health Care’s claims/accumulator operations landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred (or equivalent relevant work experience)
- 3+ years of experience in accumulator data exchanges and/or health insurance claims processing preferred
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- Availability to work full-time, remote within NYS
