Job Summary
Receive and review vendor invoices, verify approvals and supporting documentation, and enter details into the accounting system accurately and in a timely manner. Assist in weekly payment run file preparation, print, scan, and mail checks, while reviewing employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance. Maintain effective relationships with vendors, address billing inquiries, and ensure vendor accounts are accurately set up in the system. Adhere to accounting principles, assist in audit documentation and month-end closing activities, and prepare reports for subsidiary activities. Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; familiarity with NetSuite and Concur preferred. Full-time role with competitive salary ranging from $22.90 to $35.50. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or other related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity in using accounting software, MS Office, specifically Excel, and other relevant tools
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well organized to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in accounting or similar
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and principles
