Job Summary
Operationally focused Associate, Accounting Operations in an international finance setting. The role combines execution of centralized financial activities with process improvement across investment structures, including involvement in financial reporting (annual/quarterly), month-end close, IPD rent statements, accounts payable, cash management, and end-to-end funding schedules. Works closely with the investment team, controllers, tax, legal operations, and external advisors to ensure timely, accurate processing of invoices, cash transactions, and reporting, while enabling automation and continuous process development. Located in Baarn, Netherlands, with a strong emphasis on initiative, cross-functional collaboration, and a willingness to engage in diverse, international stakeholder interactions.
Required Qualifications
- HBO/WO level
- 1-3 years work experience in finance or accounting preferred
- Affinity with financial sector helps

- multidisciplinary teamwork
- interest in data, automation and reporting tools (Excel/Power BI) is a plus
