Job Summary
Manage fund management across MEA by setting up operational processes, documenting procedures, and validating requests for approval per governance standards. Coordinate fieldwork for assignments by developing project plans, scheduling workshops, and gathering documentation while liaising with client staff. Facilitate periodic management committee meetings and ensure all fund payments comply with established norms and rules. Accountable for the success of Cross Border Services in EEMEA within the FI segment, from launch through scale, by supporting stakeholders in planning, opportunity identification, and solutioning. Work with cross-functional teams to manage capacity for prioritized opportunities, developing business cases and overseeing final payouts post achievement of goals. Establish value-centered relationships with key stakeholders while adhering to corporate security policies and completing mandatory training.
Required Qualifications
- Understands overall market strategy, industry trends, and customer needs around fund management across MEA
- Set up and document operational process around management of funds/budget
- Facilitate the process of periodic management committee meeting
- Coordinate fieldwork for assignments with the stakeholders by developing project plans, fieldwork task schedules, scheduling and preparing for workshops and interviews, gathering documentation, and liaising with client staff
- Manage the financial and contract management, supported by the Project Management Unit
- Validate the completed requests for approval as per Fund/Budget governance
- Accountable for the ultimate success of Mastercard Cross Border Services in EEMEA within the FI segment, its network franchise expansion and the resulting Remittance and B2B cross border payments business, from Launch through to Scale and Revenue
- Accountable for ensuring all the fund payments are in compliance with the norms and rules of the fund
- Supports the stakeholders of the fund to ensure planning, opportunity identification, and solutioning
- Works with cross-functional team to manages their capacity to ensure that each prioritized opportunity gets the right level of support it requires from the fund from development of business case and final payouts post achievement of the set goals
- Establish and foster value centered relationships with key stakeholders of the fund
- Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
