Associate Accountant

Job Summary
Conduct bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure timely clearance of outstanding items while maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. Prepare routine reports and analyses using Microsoft Office tools, primarily Excel, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance accuracy, controls, and process efficiency. This role supports day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on reconciliations, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment within the global insurance broker and risk advisor industry.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations
- Hands-on experience with supplier and customer reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
