Job Summary
Associate Accountant role onsite in Boise, ID with optional remote work on Friday. Responsibilities include communicating with internal and external customers about sales information, contract details and payments; processing monthly, quarterly, and annual payments related to customer rebate agreements; setting up and maintaining customer rebate agreements; preparing, completing, analyzing and reporting accounting transactions ensuring integrity and compliance with accounting principles including ERISA and SEC requirements (SOX 404 where applicable); focus on accounts receivable/payable, payroll, credit and collections, and sales rebate duties; provide financial support including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; uphold safety, quality, environmental, and continuous improvement commitments; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- Three (3) years of accounting experience, or in related job function preferred
