Associate Account Manager (Pharmaceutical)

Job Summary
Conduct direct sales of pharmaceutical products and services to achieve quotas, volume, and profit objectives. Call prospective customers to deliver sales presentations, provide technical product information, and obtain price quotations with Key Account Managers. Monitor sales against forecasts and analyze data to determine market potential for the territory. Collaborate with marketing, medical, market access, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction while actively listening to customer needs and providing feedback. Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills to probe sales opportunities and adapt to changing customer requirements in the healthcare industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of working experiences in sales function
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies
- Good organization and time management skills
- Ability to understand and adapt to customers' changing needs
- Demonstrates business knowledge
- Proven track record for consistency in sales performance
- Solid skills in external experts management and customer advocacy development
