Associate Account Manager - Italian and English Speaking

Coach and support customers to increase value through comprehensive commercial conversations and interactions. Begin developing relationships with key buyers and decision makers, then assist in creating opportunities to build the customer account. Develop an understanding of the customer's business issues by recommending products, services, and insights that meet their needs. Complete basic account plans outlining tactics to acquire and maintain business while gathering data on potential solutions. Exchange simple information to gain support, proactively seek help from managers to address differences, and assist in conducting cost, benefit, and risk analyses. Identify key stakeholders, learn contract negotiation processes, and develop value proposition statements using proof points. Attend meetings to understand needs and expectations, learn metrics to assess performance, and build rapport with colleagues and external customers.
