Job Summary
Associate Account Manager role focused on building and nurturing a portfolio of lodging partners across assigned markets. Responsibilities include account management and performance support to improve revenue, visibility, and market share on Expedia Group sites; helping partners adopt self‐service tools and optimize listings via Partner Central; identifying opportunities to grow partner performance through merchandising, promotions, and platform programs; communicating customer trends and actionable insights derived from data; developing partner relationships and aligning with internal teams; representing partner voice to improve systems and processes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 0–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication and phone-based outreach skills, data interpretation, and fluency in Spanish, English, and French.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, partner management, commercial operations, account management or similar.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to persuade, educate, and handle objections.
- High comfort level with phone‐based outreach, cold calling, and structured pipelines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet targets, and thrive in a fast‐paced environment.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow‐through.
- Fluency in Spanish, English and French required.
