Job Summary
Associate Account Manager for the Festivals and Greenfields portfolio; primary relationship and project manager for a portfolio of clients, handling client communications, on-site deployments, on-sales, product launches, and ensuring timely delivery of technology and services. Responsibilities include building positive relationships to secure renewals, coordinating cross-functional teams, educating clients on AXS products, providing on-site support for events, generating reports for management, tracking client support requests, and maintaining knowledge of product features. Requires BA/BS degree, 2+ years in ticketing/live entertainment or client account management in software, strong communication and project-management abilities, familiarity with ticketing systems, and a client-service mindset. Leadership potential in managing multiple client accounts and delivering high client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) in business, communications, marketing or related field
- 2+ ticketing/live entertainment industry and/or client account management in software industry
- Proficient aptitude for technology and solving challenging problems
- Familiarity with using ticketing systems and platforms
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal – with ability to create customized communications for internal and external audiences
- Capability to oversee projects and maintain organization
- Basic understanding of database management and reporting
- Exposure to the entertainment industry and AXS products is advantageous
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
- Skill in streamlining processes and communication among multiple clients, while staying aligned with other Account Managers
