Job Summary

Associate Account Manager responsible for expanding Veolia's Clean Earth business within pre-assigned territories. Key duties include acquiring new customers via telephone/video and sales calls, developing and upselling within accounts for a minimum of 12 months, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract renewals, building relationships to grow revenue and margins, implementing strategies to maximize revenue, coordinating with Operations and Customer Experience, liaising with accounts payable for receivables, participating in regional sales meetings, delivering consultative value propositions, creating presentations for prospects, developing territory objectives and forecasts, daily prospecting to identify leads, and achieving or exceeding sales KPIs. Must possess a Bachelor's or Associate degree with relevant experience, be proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Salesforce, and have experience in environmental services or waste management and in managing a sales territory. The role is based in Indianapolis, IN with remote options as indicated.
