Job Summary
Serve as a trusted day-to-day resource for clients by coordinating renewals, open enrollments, and ongoing service activities while partnering with carriers, vendors, and internal teams. Create client-facing communications, presentations, and benefit education materials to support a positive client experience. Maintain accurate client records and documentation while managing service workflows, ensuring high-quality execution across all aspects of account management and client service. Partner with Account Executives, Sales, and Marketing teams to support renewal strategies and long-term client success through proactive service, relationship building, and problem resolution. This role requires a Life and Health insurance license and 1–3 years of employee benefits experience.
Required Qualifications
- Life and Health insurance license
- 1–3 years of employee benefits, account management, client service, or related experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Active State Life & Health License
- Ability to obtain required licensure within 6 months of hire
- Ongoing continuing education to maintain active status
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with employee benefits renewals, open enrollment, and carrier relations
- Knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and related compliance requirements
- Experience with agency management systems or benefits administration platforms
