Job Summary
Provide courteous and prompt customer service to clients as assigned, maintaining familiarity with all aspects of insurance services. Support Account Managers in completing requests for Certificates of Insurance, Policy Changes, and proposals using EPIC and carrier websites. Review Policy Checking reports and audits for accuracy, notify managers of discrepancies, and invoice premium-bearing endorsements. Communicate with underwriters and carriers regarding client issues, manage billing/invoicing questions, and complete pre-renewal packets and loss summaries. Maintain activities systems, Agency Management files, and shared drive documents while developing knowledge of partner carrier websites and following agency E&O guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Insurance license(s)
- HS Diploma
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Effective communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally
- Good listener
- Approachable
- Team player
- Must be a self-starter
- Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence
