Job Summary
Associate, Account Management role supporting day-to-day execution and maintenance of client accounts under Senior Account Managers. You will handle backend account setup and ongoing maintenance, identify client wins, draft client communications, build and assemble custom reports, maintain data integrity across CRM and related systems, and coordinate scheduling and touchpoints. Develop working knowledge of RealtyAds’ value proposition, AI workflows, and how client personas define success, while delivering tasks end-to-end with a reliable, detail-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales support, or a related role (internships included)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with data and systems (CRM tools, spreadsheets)
- Coachable, proactive, eager to learn
- Detail-oriented and organized
