Job Summary
Associate Account Executive role supporting Client Account Executives across assigned accounts and opportunities. Responsibilities include pipeline development, account research, prospect engagement, discovery preparation, proposal development, customer presentations for mid-market and enterprise opportunities, and deal coordination. Emphasis on learning territory strategy, deal mechanics, and enterprise sales motion with guided ownership and mentorship; occasional travel for customer meetings and onboarding. Requires robust communication, organizational skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with senior sales leaders to position Syniti’s software and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, SDR/BDR, customer success, or a related client-facing role within software or IT services.
- Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills, with comfort engaging a variety of stakeholder levels alongside senior sellers.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales productivity tools (Salesforce preferred).
