Job Summary
Associate Account Executive for Ethicon MedTech in Surgery. Key responsibilities include expanding sales of Ethicon US, LLC products, supporting aligned Area/Region sales activities, demonstrating proper use of Ethicon products to healthcare providers in operating room settings, executing the selling cycle professionally and ethically, managing product questions and objections, delivering surgical product demonstrations, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. Requires understanding surgical product preparation and usage, conducting effective presentations, providing case coverage in operating rooms, and maintaining process discipline and organizational agility. Travel and relocation as needed; field-based sales role in hospital/surgical environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-2 years business experience
- Valid Driver’s License (United States)
- Ability to travel and potentially relocate to assigned geography
- Experience in selling medical devices or healthcare products preferred
