Job Summary
Manage client and agency deliverables by serving as a client support advocate and coordinating efforts among agency SMEs and client team members for strategic solutions. Project manage campaigns from client intake through in-market, schedule recurring and ad hoc meetings, and maintain up-to-date documentation in account and project management tools. Assist with the delivery of holistic solutions across contracted service areas while proactively communicating with agency management and escalating resource issues to ensure timelines are met and deliverables exceed client expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience in agency, marketing or client-facing roles or equivalent intern/project experience
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or other relevant discipline
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with the elements of digital marketing: analytics, technology, U/X, creative, media, search, etc.
- Relationship-oriented, authentic, positive, diplomatic
- Has a sense of curiosity, with demonstrated eagerness to learn new things and inquire as to why things are done a certain way
- Approaches change pragmatically, positively and gracefully
- Asks for help when needed and knows when to escalate issues
- Is both a detail-oriented AND a big picture thinker
- Prefers a fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic, deadline-driven work environment
- Google Suite: Pages, Slides, Sheets
