Job Summary
Associate Account Executive, HEYDUDE Family Channel at Crocs, Inc. supports sales execution at the account and category level, partners with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to deliver go-to-market plans and growth, builds retail planning acumen (OTB, inventory flow, receipt timing), drives weekly sales reporting and performance analysis, develops go-to-market tools and sell-in decks, and coordinates end-to-end account management including order entry, PO tracking, and showroom setup. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 1–3 years in sales/merchandising/operations, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, ability to travel, and willingness to work in a remote-friendly, Explorer persona environment with in-office requirements varying by persona; based in Boston, MA or Charlotte, NC preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or operations; retail, wholesale, or footwear experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Working knowledge of U.S. retail and wholesale landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel as needed (including overnights)
