Job Summary
The Associate Account Executive is responsible for meeting monthly booking quotas through a full-cycle sales approach, converting inbound and outbound leads into closed-won deals, and accurately managing all sales activities. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to quickly follow up on new leads. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, sales experience, familiarity with CRM systems, and knowledge of the freight logistics industry. The role operates within a high volume inside sales environment with a focus on outbound dials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 0-2 years of sales experience; previous experience in customer-facing required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.com is a plus
- Self-motivated with an eagerness to develop sales skills and achieve goals
- Knowledge of the freight and logistics industry or SaaS sales is beneficial but not required
