Job Summary
Associate Account Director to join the Customer Success team to manage customers’ performance marketing on social media, own day-to-day account management, and drive revenue and conversions for Retail, eComm and Travel clients through data-driven strategies. Responsibilities include supporting Account Directors, delegating tasks to Account Managers, analyzing direct response performance, creating and optimizing social campaigns, training self-serve users on Kargo Commerce, assisting with feed mapping and creative scoping, troubleshooting product catalogs and pixels, providing feedback to product, and communicating performance and opportunities to stakeholders. Requires 5+ years of paid Facebook advertising experience, strong analytics, proactive problem-solving, and leadership experience; knowledge of Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat is a plus; ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of paid Facebook advertising & campaign management experience
- Understanding & experience with performance marketing goals & methods – ROAS, Dynamic Ads, omnichannel strategies, etc
- Trustworthy in managing larger ad budgets and meeting deadlines with 100% consistency
- Substantial analytical & spreadsheet/Excel skills
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving issues
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal with considerable attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced startup environment
- Good knowledge around Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat performance marketing is a plus
- Experience with 3rd party social platforms is a plus
- History of managing a small team
