Job Summary
Perform all aspects of customer service functions, serving as the critical link between the customer, account manager, scheduling, plant, fulfillment, and shipping. Understand how orders flow through GNC in Chippewa Falls and consistently execute daily operations while adhering to service, quality, accuracy, and efficiency standards. Handle multiple tasks, solve problems regarding equipment and processes, and manage deadline pressures. Work Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with some flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- at least a high school diploma or equivalency
- a minimum of two years experience in a customer relations position
- two years corrugated experience
- a bachelor's degree in a related field
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- computer data entry experience
- experience with Microsoft software
- telephone etiquette skills
- ability to perform mathematical calculations involving adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions, decimals and percentages
- ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- ability to solve problems and make adjustments regarding equipment, process and product
- capable of dealing with deadline pressures
- integrity regarding confidential and proprietary information
