Job Summary
Associate investment professional in DigitalBridge’s global investment management business. Responsibilities include financial modeling and analysis, company valuation, primary corporate and industry research, due diligence, creating presentation materials for investors and investment committee, ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies’ operating and financial results, and assisting with strategic growth initiatives. Travel domestically and internationally may be required. Desired background includes 18+ months in investment banking/private equity or similar, strong financial modeling, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Location options: Boca Raton, FL or New York, NY. Full-time role with base salary in the $144k–$216k range, depending on qualifications and market data.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 months of experience at a leading investment bank, private equity firm or comparable experience
- Previous M&A leveraged finance and financial sponsor backgrounds are preferred.
- TMT and/or communication infrastructure experience is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
- Strong academic record at a top undergraduate institution
- Exceptional financial modeling proficiency and analytical capabilities
- Close attention to detail coupled with strong presentation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, positive attitude, work ethic and ability to multitask
- High level of maturity and integrity and hard work ethic
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, self-confident and humble
