Lead US audit engagement teams by executing industry-specific procedures, performing upfront reviews of deliverables, and ensuring high-quality work meets agreed turnaround times. Raise identified issues to seniors and managers promptly, mentor junior associates on accounting knowledge and client matters, and facilitate audit conceptual trainings. Plan and organize work to maintain efficiency, adopt process improvements based on ET feedback, and interact with rotational and ET points of contact. Develop self while participating in firm strategic initiatives and corporate social responsibility programs.
