Job Summary
Contribute to structuring, planning and execution of workflow and schedules, effective time utilization, delivery of the project deliverables, escalation management. Contribute to strategic objectives, provide thought leadership by researching trends and implementing industry best practices to take KGDC up the value chain. Understanding of audit terms and concepts to align employee skillset to engagement staffing needs. Continuously engage with stakeholders and Operations team to understand their needs and define policy, procedures, or systems accordingly. Excellent problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and quality conscious. Proactive problem solver. Organizing skills, ability to prioritize. The dynamic environment at GDC would require the person to exercise creativity in the design, development, or improvement of existing processes and driving management of change.
Required Qualifications
- prior proven experience in operational excellence
- ability to support resource management queries through skill searches on the tool & stakeholder connect
